AUNTY LIBERTY
Aunty Liberty is a piece I created by combining graffiti and 3D. The famous Statue of Liberty by Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi is an international emblem of freedom. This piece, "Aunty Liberty," is a personal project, and it portrays even greater freedom from oppressive limits imposed by authorities.
Collaborating with my talented friend, Kel Savage, we meticulously sculpted the initial 3D design in Blender, ensuring its seamless compatibility with Procreate through a newly refined OBJ file. Additionally, Kel played a pivotal role in curating the essential files for the augmented reality aspect of the piece.
October 2022 marked the highly anticipated debut of Aunty Liberty on OpenSea, where it swiftly garnered widespread acclaim and subsequently sold out in no time.
